Michelin India rolls out ‘Tyreplus’ in Ahmedabad

Michelin Tyres has announced the launch of its concept store ‘Tyreplus’ in Ahmedabad. The new launch is a part of expanding its network of distributors in Gujarat through its State-of-the-art concept store Tyreplus. The opening ceremony was attended by Chandan Thakur, National Sales Head, Passenger Cars, Michelin India and Uday Bharatbhai Patel, Owner of Check Point Store, along with other officials & guests. The Tyreplus store is located centrally at the premium location, behind Grand Bhagwati, Bodak Dev, Ahmedabad. Spread over a total area of around 1400 sq ft, the showroom has a pleasant ambience and an innovative display of Tyres and accessories. It also has a workshop, fully-equipped with latest machinery to handle all tyre and vehicle related services, an exercise undertaken by Michelin Tyres for all its Tyreplus outlets across the world. The store has a strong team of 10 executives all trained in required technical skills. As part of the Tyreplus Programme, Michelin would also provide the team with scheduled trainings encompassing product, soft and management skills etc. Speaking at the inauguration, Chandan Thakur, National Sales Head, Passenger Cars, Michelin India noted, “The automobile market in Ahmedabad has registered tremendous growth in the last few years. For us entering Ahmedabad is the right move towards expanding our footprint in a progressive state like Gujarat.
